Precision Reclassification and Targeted Intervention in Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Patient Profile:
• Age/Sex: 66-year-old male with chronic hepatitis B.
• Diagnosis: Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)
with multifocal liver lesions and lung metastases
mediastinal mass with no clear primary lesion.
• Clinical Course: Initial stable disease, now showing
progression with new lung nodules.
Problem:
• Disease progression despite standard ICI +
anti-VEGF combo.
• Need to identify molecular drivers and potential
resistance mechanisms for salvage therapy.
• Histology is moderately differentiated, but tumor
biology remains unclear
