This study presents a unique, antibody-mediated cotton-archetypal microfluidic substrate for the efficient capture and enumeration of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from 3D tumor models. The platform not only enables real-time CTC tracking but also correlates with chemotherapy outcomes, offering a cost-effective and scalable tool for precision oncology and drug response evaluation.
