    A 52-year-old pre-menopausal woman was diagnosed in November 2015 with stage T2N2M0 breast carcinoma. She underwent surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and started adjuvant hormonal therapy. Despite multiple recurrences and disease progressions over almost a decade, sequential lines of endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, and targeted agents were administered, including Tamoxifen, Fulvestrant, Exemestane, Capecitabine, Gemcitabine, Palbociclib, and others. • In July 2025, liver metastases were confirmed with progression despite all prior treatments.
