    70y Male diagnosed with dual malignancy of hepatocellular carcinoma & pancreatic carcinoma 
    
    • Findings: Histopathology of pancreas lesion - ductal adenocarcinoma and liver lesion - carcinoma with hepatoid morphology. CTlesion in both liver lobe, mid distal body, tail of pancreas, D11 vertebrae, pre-aortic lymphadenopathy suggestive of metastatic 
    malignancy with a probable pancreatic primary. IHC (liver) – Arginase and HAS diffusely positive confirming of hepatocellular 
    differentiation 
    • Initial Treatment: FOLFOX chemotherapy
    • Further evaluation: Comprehensive molecular profiling via OncoIndx prime plus multiomics multi specimen (tissues and blood) 
    and multi analyte (DNA and RNA) to detect actionable mutation and guide personalized therapy.
